Content: Hi there, I purchased the 3 control unti on 5/10/2025 and it arrived 2 weeks ago. 1 control unit is defective, it gives a large shock and then reverts to 0 setting. I have tried it on different areas to trouble shoot and I believe this control unit is faulty. I would like that 1 control unit is replaced and sent. I do not see the point in returning the entire product for 1 componment.
