Content: Hello, I ordered the Ab stimulator belt model MP01 from Amazon (order # 111-6755904-8979437) in July 2024. I have used it quite often and I love the results I am seeing, however this past week it stopped working and when turned on - it sends a very painful feeling / almost like a burning sensation on the right side of the belt which leaves redness on my skin. Do you have any solutions that I can try to fix the belt? I really love this product!

Content: I have a couple of questions about the product. I purchased one through Amazon about eight months ago. Finally started using it. I have developed sores from usage. Every time I use it I get more sores. I have also noticed that it seems to be extremely strong on one side and extremely weak on the other. is this normal? The sores are only developing where the actual pads are. Any thoughts?
