Subject: Regarding replacement of dining table
Content: Hi,I bought a dining table through e-bay (seller name- marcooltrip-mz), Order number: 08-06452-95997, Item number: 124295473161 at the end of this January. After receiving, I noticed that there was a crack mark in one part of the table which I didn t take into account and started using it. Unfortunately, after one and half month one the crack mark became larger and felt like it was broken. Then we contacted with your team. They replied us to return the item and they will refund or replace it afterwards. I returned the dining table(not the chairs, according to the pan) it on 22 March to the logistic provider according to the plan. Since then, there is no reply or update from their end. I mailed three times but no one is replying me. I am having serious trouble without any table in my house. I think it's your responsibility of replying me as you have taken my dining table back. Moreover, I am frustrated and feeling offended. I am not getting the point where is the problem and hopefully will get a valid response from your end.Your help will be much appreciated. Please kindly let me know if you need any further details or information.I know this is not the ideal way to contact you at here, but as they are not replying me for long ,that's why thinking I can write to you here before escalating the issue further.
