Content: This is my order number: 113-0135212-3633821I received this item and it worked for a week. Now it won’t hold a charge and there is zero stimulation. Can you please send me a new unit and I will send my malfunctioning one back. It worked great for the first week, and then out of no where it stopped working. It is covered under the 3 year warranty.

Content: Hello,I purchased your Smart Fitness exerciser belt about 3 weeks ago and it has performed wonderfully producing good results until today. The pulses have become weak but strengthen when pressure is applied to the pulse generator during use. After some experimenting it appears that there may be some internal connections that have failed within the bent. I really like the unit and want to continue using it but need to have this issue remedied. Please advise as to what needs to be done. Perhaps a replacement is in order.
