Content: Hello, I just purchased the smart model stimulator model MP-02. I scanned the qr code to register the product using the order number 114-4069186-8821832. Every time I entered and selected activate, I received an error saying it did not recognize the order number. I purchased the product from Amazon. Please help. Thanks.
