It's past the return window, but I activated the 3 year warranty you offered. My order number is # 111-8268253-6826650. I'm hoping I can get a replacement under the warranty. Content: Hello,I purchased your Smart Fitness exerciser belt about 3 weeks ago and it has performed wonderfully producing good results until today. The pulses have become weak but strengthen when pressure is applied to the pulse generator during use. After some experimenting it appears that there may be some internal connections that have failed within the bent. I really like the unit and want to continue using it but need to have this issue remedied. Please advise as to what needs to be done. Perhaps a replacement is in order. Content: Hello, I just purchased the smart model stimulator model MP-02. I scanned the qr code to register the product using the order number 114-4069186-8821832. Every time I entered and selected activate, I received an error saying it did not recognize the order number. I purchased the product from Amazon. Please help. Thanks.
