Lately its been malfunctioning. After adjusting the setting the belt automatically goes to intensity 0 from 15. Nothing touched the dial. Is it possible to get a replacement part

Content: Hello, I ordered the Ab stimulator belt model MP01 from Amazon (order # 111-6755904-8979437) in July 2024. I have used it quite often and I love the results I am seeing, however this past week it stopped working and when turned on - it sends a very painful feeling / almost like a burning sensation on the right side of the belt which leaves redness on my skin. Do you have any solutions that I can try to fix the belt? I really love this product!
